Dexter
Someone recommended me this show years ago. It’s a shame I never watched it. Loving it now! Only a bit concerned I finish each show with a smile. Should a show such as this have a feel-good effect? Maybe it’s just the highlight that we’re all hiding how we really feel due to social norms. Not as extreme as Dexter in most cases, but significantly more than we let on. Anyway Love it!

Work
Out of anything interesting to do at work. Two hours left. Time to put headphones on and stare blankly at monitor imagining being somewhere less bleak.
This does not necessarily refer to your email.
There needs to be a term to describe the condition where you keep an email unread in your box because you’re not prepared to deal with it yet, but then you start to hate and resent the person who sent it because it is the only unread email in your box and it sits there silently accusing you with its boldedness. Or maybe I am the only sufferer of said disease.
Social networks (a)nonymity
With employers, family, friends, “friends” and the rest of the world watching your every word and expression on Facebook I find myself censoring what I do and do not post. This has even extended to my Tweets as this is now linked to my Facebook account. This is often accentuated when someone at work irritates me and I feel I can’t even express it to my friends online. I guess I could create yet another “list” of friends and cross my fingers this sufficiently censors out anyone linked to work…

Funniest thing when your supervisor, who’s incidentally been pissing you off all morning, gets a massive static shock when she taps your shoulder. It couldn’t have been more satisfying watching her jump a few feet back as I heard the loud crackle from over my shoulder.
